The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were great, best possible location very close to the center, the Duomo and the old town. Nice building and rooms with beautiful decoration. The lighting was natural.

Everything was perfect as always. Convenient hotel in an unbeatable location, good food. My room was bright with a MAGNIFICENT view. Really liked the bed, it was extremely comfy. The staff were courteous and knew the area. They had an early check-in too.
